Annual Holiday Party – Friday, December 22nd

Every Friday we demonstrate what love in action looks like and with the help of dozens of volunteers and thousands of volunteer hours, that consistency helps buoy people up. It’s an ongoing message that people care and often I think about how all of the very best of what we think of as the holiday season, is carried out week after week, right here in Ashland. You are always invited to come be a part of that! Bring your families and kids and rediscover what really matters. Please come by and feel the love that finds it’s way into that room.

On Friday December 22 we will have our annual holiday party and aside from an amazing hot, delicious dinner, there will be gifts for all. I’m including photos from last years party so you can see what we do.

We need your help. Would you please consider purchasing a few extra gifts this year? New socks, blankets, long underwear, warm layers, children’s toys, gloves, scarves, hats, travel sized toiletries, etc. We will also be searching for folks who like to bake sweet treats and will do something similar to the tins of cookies like we had last year.

We have an easy drop off box inside A Street Print and Parcel, 258 A Street, across from Ace Hardware.

Donations can be sent to Southern Oregon Jobs with Justice – 258 A Street #1-220 in Ashland or on the website www.sojwj.org or via PayPal.
